MoosePay Canadian payroll software
There are so many features in the MoosePay software, that to summarize all in a single page would be difficult. However let’s highlight some of the key ones…
Setup as many companies as you need to. Our pricing is based on per employee per run, so there is no limit to the number of companies that you can setup. Password control and user login determines who gets access to each.
How many employees do you have? Five, Fifty, Two Hundred? No problem with MoosePay. Developed and hosted on the Google platform, storage and performance are not really an issue, so feel free to load it up!
After initial setup you can choose to add additional income codes. Need a special type of overtime? No problem. Need to change the way a code affects income tax, easy enough to do. Tell the system which T4 box to use or multiple boxes if needed. The choices are always yours!
No limits here either. Need 2 deductions or 75, no problem, setup as many as you like. Same goes for benefits. Control the behaviour with a variety of settings and calculation methods.
Make end of year a breeze with one click printing and/or create an XML Efile to upload to the CRA. All data is gathered making the process simple and quick.
Need to produce an ROE, again all the data needed is there to make the process painless.
Grant access to your employees to download their own pay stubs from the employee portal or have them download and access PDF versions of the T4 slips easily. Save time and money by not having to mail out slips and avoid e-mail bounce backs too!
MoosePay includes an EFT module that allows you to create export files to upload to your banking software.
All major Canadian banks are included, along with the CPA generic format as well.
Note: The EFT module creates the file for sending to the bank. MoosePay does not do the actual sending of the file. Simply download the file created and then upload using your banking software.
