Deductions

Everything in MoosePay can be user defined. For example, for any deduction you can control the effects on Tax, or CPP or Vacation pay, or Health Tax, whatever “rules” you need to allow for can be handled. Need to set maximum values for a deduction, easy to do. Want to exclude a deduction from a department split, “no problem”.
